Dr. Amanda German has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2010 when she graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, the University of London for veterinary school. She attended Virginia Tech for her undergraduate degree in biology and minor in psychology and chemistry. Dr. German completed an internship furthering her education from 2010-2011. She has practiced as a small animal emergency veterinarian locally before joining our family in 2016. Her special interests include emergency medicine and endocrinology.

Dr. German grew up in the Virginia Beach area and when not working she enjoys spending time with her daughter and her husband, fitness, going to the beach, seeing live music, spending time with friends, and traveling. She has a long-haired Dachshund named Bailey and an orange tabby cat named Catsby.
